Sweeney, is a former California Deputy Attorney General, as well as Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney's office in Los Angeles. In that capacity, he tried criminal cases for the United States government in United States District Court in Los Angeles and represented the federal government in appellate litigation before the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. That plus over 30 years in private practice representing clients in criminal matters gives him the experience and skills necessary to obtain the best possible outcomes for our clients.
