We emphasize resolving problems efficiently, economically, and creatively. Although our firm’s principal, Paul H. Sweeney, is an experienced trial attorney (see Attorney Profile), lawsuits are frequently not the best solutions. A good attorney keeps his client out of court, if possible.

We limit our caseload to emphasize close personal contact between the client and Mr. Sweeney. Besides producing better overall results, this encourages the attorney-client relationship to become more than an intellectual, abstract process and better supports the client during what is frequently a difficult time.
